Conestoga Strategies is a one-person advisory practice operated by Concordance Labs LLC in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to respond to you and provide our services, and we do not sell your information.

What we collect

• When you contact us (the form or email): your name, work email, company if you share it, and whatever you write.
• When you book a call through our scheduling tool (Cal.com): your name, email, and the time you choose.
• When you call our AI line (Alex): the call is handled by our voice provider to answer, take a message, or book you in. A short summary may be emailed to us.
• Site analytics: we use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that uses no cookies and does not collect personal data. It tells us page views and rough traffic sources, nothing that identifies you.

How we use it

To reply to you, understand whether we can help, deliver work you have engaged us for, and keep the site working. That is it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. We use a small set of trusted vendors to run the practice (for example, email, our scheduling tool, and the voice and analytics providers above), and your information passes through them only so those tools can do their job.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to respond to you or provide the service, and to meet ordinary business and legal record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

Email terry@conestogastrategies.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will take care of it.
